following General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website and purchase of
the products / services of our online store (hereinafter referred to as
"Terms of Use"), determine the terms and conditions of browsing the
Website and the use of it and our online store and govern the sales contract
concluded between us for the purchase of products from our online store.
Indicatively and not restrictively, the display, presentation, sale,
transportation-storage, delivery and possible return of our products displayed
on the Website, the protection of your personal data and the security of your transactions
are governed by these Terms of Use, which we invite you to read before

is different from the shipping address), the invoicing details (in case an

details are not stored in the company's storage media during the transaction.

online store is done only with your free will and is not a mandatory procedure
for making purchases from our online store or for the provision of our other
services, including simply browsing our Website.

2. MEANS OF PAYMENT
In order to
provide you with the best and most complete service, our online store offers
you a choice of means of payment for the products you are interested in buying,
which, as we later explain here, is related, among others, to the processing
time of your order request and / or the time required to send the product to
you. Once you have decided which payment process suits you best, select the
corresponding payment method at the appropriate field in your order request
form and enter your required details if needed.

and processing your payment details falls under the strict data protection
policy held by our online store, thus it is collected and processed with the
utmost security and diligence and only with your consent, provided by sending
your order. Especially for credit card payments, all the necessary security

The means of
payment are specifically the following:
2.1 Payment with cash upon delivery: If you have
chosen to pay with cash upon delivery, you must pay in cash the full value of
your order (as well as any agreed costs eg shipping) upon receiving your order
from the carrier of our choice. The service cost for the payment with cash upon
delivery is FREE when your order exceeds the amount of 80,00 € and FREE when
you are sending and receiving items from our brick and wall store.
2.2 Deposit to a Bank Account: If you
have chosen to make a deposit to a bank account, then you will have to prepay
your order (and any agreed costs, eg shipping) in order to begin processing
your order request and holding the desired products, in the account of our
online store that appears in the order form and in the e-mail that you will
receive as soon as your order is processed, stating your order code as the
payment reason
Afterwards
you must send us a copy of this deposit via e-mail to our webpage
“principe.gr”. After receiving a valid copy of the deposit, the order
processing and confirmation procedure follows and the relevant emails and / or
messages are sent to the mobile phone number that you have provided. In case we
do not receive a valid copy within 7 calendar days or not receiving a valid
copy of deposit of the full amount, your order will be canceled free of charge
and the contract of sale will be considered as never drawn up. A relevant
cancellation message will be sent to you at the email address and / or mobile
phone number you provided. In case of cancellation or modification of your
order until the shipment of the product(s), an interest-free refund procedure will
be followed, after contacting you with one of the above mentioned means in
order to give us the bank account number to which you wish the refund to be
made.
2.3
Payment by credit card. Our Company accepts credit cards Visa, Mastercard,
Visa Electron, debit cards, as well as prepaid cards. Your transactions in our
online store are protected by top online security systems (SSL-128 bit and
digital certification by COMODO), which guarantee a secure trading environment
in many large companies worldwide. In the (secure) order form fill in all the

In case you do not appear for the receipt of your products within 7 calendar days from receiving the notification that your products are in our store, your order will be canceled free of charge and the sales contract will be considered as never drawn up.

3. PRODUCT DELIVERY
Upon
confirmation of your order, you will be informed by email to the email address
and / or the mobile phone number that you have provided to us about the
delivery time of your products, depending on the region and the way you have
chosen to have the products sent to you.
3.1 Means of product delivery
You can
choose between the following means to have your order delivered:
- Shipping
to your home using a courier company of our choice.
- Pick up
from our store.
Return Policy
You have the
right to return the products you purchased within
30 calendar days and request for them to be replaced or refunded.
ATTENTION: The returned products must be in
the condition sent by the PRINCIPE online store and received by the customer,
complete and without damage. Their packaging should be the one that comes with
the product in excellent condition (without the labels being removed) and with
all the shipping documents (eg shipping slip, retail receipt, etc.). Returns
that do not meet the above conditions are
NOT accepted and are returned to the customer.
In
particular, returns on swimsuits and
socks are accepted, provided that they have not been used and the
protective labels are not removed. Shoes
should be tested on a clean floor or carpet, as they should not be soiled in
the bottom in order for their return to be accepted be returned. The shoe box
should also be adequately protected during the return so that it is not
damaged.
RETURN COST
- Returns in Greece
The return
of the product is FREE for the first time, exclusively through the company “ACS
courier”, which is our business partner. If you return it to us through any
company other than “ACS courier”, you will be charged with the entire cost of
the return. If you send it to us by post, it is not possible for us to receive
it.
In case of
change or replacement for a second or more times, you will be charged each time
with the cost of return (to us), the cost of resending (from us to you) and in
addition the forementioned cost of paying cash upon delivery.
RETURN PROCESS
The process
is simple and is done in 3 steps:
1. Contact “ACS Courier”
Visit the
nearest “ACS courier” store or contact the ACS courier company.
2. Send your package (valid only for Greece)
Our company
works with “ACS courier” for orders within Greece, so in case you choose other
courier companies, you are charged with the return cost. Send the order with
“ACS Courier”, stating that the charge will be on the store PRINCIPE Ermou 54
Patra, 26221
Once the
receipt is made and the quality control of the returned products is done, we
will inform you again about the progress of the new shipment (as long as the
order is not canceled).
3. Inform us about your return!
Contact us
by e-mail at [email protected] indicating your name, your order number and the reason you
want the product returned and if you want a replacement. Alternatively you can
call us at 2610 272 005 and complete your return information by phone.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In case you
do not want your product to be replaced with a new product, the refund process
takes place within 14 working days from the date we receive the returned
products. The return of the products during the exercise of the right of
withdrawal will be done at the customer’s charge. Refunds are made with the
original payment method, unless at the time of purchase you chose paying with
cash upon delivery. Refunds in this case will be made by deposit in the
customer's bank account.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING
